Sri Lanka Institute of Printing (SLIOP) under the Ministry of skills Development & Vocational Training launched an Anti-Dengue Campaign in Borella area.
As the dengue is on the rise and due to the negligence of people this has become a burning issue to the country. Approximately 43.22% of dengue cases were reported from the Western province.
This situation warrants regular removal of possible mosquito breeding sites from the environment. It is also important to seek medical attention in the event of fever by day three of the illness
As the President has requested to all the government organizations to lead the public to eradicate this menace.
The students of SLIOP distributed an anti dengue awareness educational leaflet to the public at large.
